AUNTIE MENTAL WELL-BEING PROFESSIONALS
from all around the world to join our Auntie professional's community.
As an Auntie mental wellbeing professional, you work according to your own schedules from anywhere. You will become a part of the Auntie community, and you will receive support for your work, orientation help and continuing education. And of course customer flow based on your own wishes and availability.
Typical educational backgrounds for Auntie professionals include e.g. Psychologist, Psychotherapist or Short Therapist. In addition to a completed training in one of the mentioned areas, also working experience in the field of psychosocial support is required from the professionals working in Auntie’s network. As an Auntie professional, you work under a co-operation agreement, and decide on your own workload. Auntie professionals' satisfaction with Auntie cooperation is 8.8 (on a scale of 1-10).
The service is based on Auntie packages that consist of five 45-minute online sessions. The themes of the service cover a wide range of challenges related to working life and life in general, such as work/life balance, managing stress, lack of motivation, self-leadership and relationship issues.
Auntie has a coaching-based and practical approach, and the tools we use are based on acceptance and commitment therapy and solution-focused therapy. Instead of therapy or health care, we offer lighter forms of preventive support. As our service does not include giving health advice, but is concentrated in preventive support for employees, no patient records are made of the use of the service.
Interested? At the moment we are looking especially for new professionals who are fluent in Bulgarian or Ukrainian. English and other languages are considered an advantage!
