We are now looking for an experienced and modern

PRODUCT OWNER

to join Auntie's Product Team.

Our purpose is to provide access to low-threshold support for mental well-being for millions of people globally and as our Product Owner you will have a central role in ensuring we are successful. In this role you will take charge of the product development in your own area of responsibility, from discovery to delivery, working closely with different stakeholders to ensure your products success. Your responsibility area will be with the engagement capabilities of our different applications including for example our end user exercises. We are looking for a person who can grow with us and this means the areas that you would be working on will most likely shift as Auntie grows.

Your closest internal stakeholder teams will be our Product & Services team and Software Development teams. Additionally, you will be working with our client-facing roles to ensure the delivered product meets needs. We at the Product team also want to meet with our customers, prospects and just people in general so you can expect to have and arrange meetings outside of Auntie connections.

We are working in a hydrid model and each employee has the freedom to choose whether to work remotely and/or at the office. We embrace collaboration by using modern technology (Figma & FigJam, Asana, Slack…) and regular get togethers. What we expect from you?

To succeed in this role, we expect you have at least 2-3 years of experience working in product management for example as Product Owner, Product Manager or similar. You may come from various industry backgrounds or sectors, but experience in building scalable & international digital products is something we value. As a senior expert, you are able to work also independently and can self-manage, document and prioritize your work, involving the right people when needed.

The role includes both long-term strategy while working with Roadmap items and short-term when working with items currently in development. We appreciate it if you are able to clearly reason your arguments behind prioritization and next steps by using data (e.g. customer feedback) and market needs and/or fit. You will not have to do this yourself as you can expect our growing Product team to be there for you whenever you need help.

We are more focused on outcomes than output, but you need to understand that there is value in communicating both. In addition to being familiar with modern product development processes, you are an open and collaborative team member, who communicates fluently in Finnish and in English.
