We are looking for a fast paced
ACCOUNT MANAGER, FINLAND
to join our Growth Team Finland
As an Account Manager at Auntie, your role is focused on creating new ARR in customer acquisition and in existing customers. In this role you will prospect and find new B2B customers for Auntie in Finland and be responsible for the whole sales process. You will also grow our existing customers internationally.
We expect you to have minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales. You have experience with working with midsize and large companies, have excellent people skills and ability to grow to become a trusted advisor for customers. You feel comfortable with new customer acquisition and have solution-sales experience. You are also able to build trust and bring customer-centric thinking in everything you do. It is seen as a significant advantage if you have previously worked with HR and/or in a SaaS company, and/or offered solutions to HR teams and decision-makers, but it is not a must.
Your market area is Finland, but you are able to sell internationally if needed. Your focus is in the midsized-large companies segment. You will together with Growth Team Finland to help Auntie grow and reach our dream of helping millions of people to feel better.
What we expect

- You are fast paced by nature and willing to do the extra mile to make sure set targets are reached.
- You have excellent communication skills in Finnish and you are also able to work in English as it is our company language. Swedish skills are a plus, but not a must.
- You have previous experience from B2B sales minimum of 3 years.
- You feel at home with the whole sales process from prospecting and customer acquisition to building relationships and finding solutions.
- You can perform under pressure and still maintain your positive and can-do attitude.
- You are a team player who knows that together we can do great things, and can also work independently with your customers.
- You are comfortable with compensation, that is partly based on your sales performance and success.
