Content Marketing Specialist

What you’ll do (and love doing):

• Shape and sharpen how we talk about Auntie across channels, audiences, and markets.

• Create content that connects: from social posts to sales presentations, from visual storytelling to customer case studies.

• Collaborate with amazing teammates across marketing, sales, customer success and product teams to ensure our story is consistent and clear.

• Translate our USPs into messages that make people nod, smile, and want more. Whether they’re HR leads, decision-makers, leaders or end users.

• Dive into audience insights, industry trends and feedback to keep our content fresh, relevant and effective.

• Think strategically, work creatively, and measure what matters.
  

We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in content creation and marketing. Ideally in a fast-moving, growing company.

• Are comfortable working visually (you don’t need to be a designer, but you know what looks good).

• Understand how great content supports growth and sales and how to make it happen.

• Can turn insights into action, and data into direction.

• Are collaborative, curious, and not afraid to experiment.

• Are fluent in both Finnish and English (you’ll be crafting in both).
