To accelerate our growth, customer lifetime value and Auntie service usage, we’re now looking for a Marketing & Engagement Specialist to strengthen our marketing team.
This role brings together data-driven marketing, lifecycle thinking, customer experience and strong technical HubSpot expertise. You’ll work hands-on with HubSpot and collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success and Sales to support scalable activation and engagement across the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do (and enjoy doing):
HubSpot automation & lifecycle activation
Work hands-on with HubSpot to build and maintain lifecycle automations and workflows
Execute full-funnel lifecycle journeys that activate both customer organisations and Auntie users
Support lifecycle activation from onboarding to renewal and re-engagement
Customer & user activation campaigns
Plan and execute activation and engagement initiatives that combine content creation, customer education and lifecycle thinking
Drive organisational customer activation and Auntie user onboarding and repeated service usage
Develop customer-specific and scalable approaches that increase adoption at organisation and user level
Service usage growth & engagement
Create data-driven engagement programs that increase active users, session frequency and long-term usage
Use behavioural and usage data and customer health metrics to identify drop-offs, friction points and churn risks
Support retention efforts by identifying churn drivers and contributing to targeted engagement and activation actions
Turn insights into practical improvements and measurable impact
Collaboration & continuous improvement
Work closely with product, customer success and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Contribute to improving activation and adoption practices together with cross-functional teams
Experiment, learn, iterate and measure what truly matters
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you
Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth or customer engagement roles
Have experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based service environment (considered a strong plus)
Have strong, hands-on HubSpot expertise, including workflows, automation and lifecycle configuration
Are comfortable working with data and using insights to improve engagement and usage
Understand that in subscription services, activation and retention are as important as acquisition
Enjoy working across teams and turning complexity into clear, scalable actions
Enjoy working in a growing scale-up, where things move fast, roles evolve, and you get to shape how things are done
Are proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership of your own areas
Language skills
Fluent in Finnish and English (must-have)
Knowledge of Swedish is a plus
Nice extras (not mandatory, but a bonus)
Experience with performance marketing
Experience in event organisation (online and/or live)
Interest in mental wellbeing, behaviour change or developing employee capabilities
