Auntie provides mental wellbeing services to employers that value their people. We’re a 40-person B2B2C tele-health startup on a mission to prevent workplace burnout. Our Finland-based team delivers virtual, psychologist-led wellness sessions to enterprises across the EU. We have over 450 customers and thousands of happy users all over the world. Within our small but mighty Product organization, we’ve organized responsibilities around the activation-to-retention funnel.

Role Overview

As our Product Designer, you own the end-to-end designs ranging from tools used by HR admins at Auntie customer organizations, to features that drive employee activation. You are the creative brain behind how employees of Auntie customers get the value of our services, and receive the mental wellness support they need at critical moments in their lives. You translate user insights and business goals into intuitive, engaging experiences. You partner closely with PMs and engineers to prototype, iterate, and deliver high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Design Strategy & Execution

• Lead UX/UI work for activation-focused experiments (onboarding flows, in-app nudges, calendar integrations)
• Collaborate with PMs to define design hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans

Rapid Prototyping & Testing

• Build clickable prototypes (Figma, etc.) and conduct quick usability tests
• Turn feedback and data into actionable design iterations

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work hand-in-hand with PMs, the customer happiness team, and others at Auntie to surface end-user pain points and validate solutions
• Handoff polished specs to a our small but mighty team of Engineers, ensuring design fidelity through launch

Design Systems & Consistency

• Maintain and evolve our design system, UI patterns, and visual language
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment across all touchpoints

Evangelize & Educate

• Present your designs and rationale to stakeholders (PMs, CPO, Customer Success, Sales)
  

Who You Are

• Experienced: 3+ years as a Product or UX/UI Designer in a B2B/SaaS environment (startup experience a plus)
• User-Centered: You excel at turning qualitative research and analytics into clear, compelling design solutions
• Prototyping Master: You move fast in Figma (or similar), tooling up prototypes that feel “real” for users to test
• Collaborative: You thrive in small, cross-functional teams and “influence without authority” to drive alignment
• Detail-Oriented: You care deeply about pixel-perfect execution, accessibility standards, and responsive layouts
• Data-Savvy: You define design KPIs, interpret A/B-test results, and iterate based on quantitative outcomes
